Summary
This study followed 322 adults with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis for one year after they started treatment with the drug tocilizumab (Actemra/RoActemra) in their regular doctor's care. The goal was to see how well the drug worked to control disease activity and reduce symptoms like pain and fatigue, and to monitor its safety in a real-world setting, not just a controlled trial. Researchers tracked whether patients achieved low disease activity or remission, their quality of life, and any side effects.
