First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested two chemotherapy drugs, cisplatin and paclitaxel, given before surgery to 147 people with triple negative breast cancer. The goal was to see if a test measuring DNA repair problems (HRD) could predict which drug would work better. Results help doctors understand how to personalize treatment for this aggressive cancer type.
