Summary
This study tests two different forms of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in 60 adults with depression that hasn't responded to at least two medications. Participants receive either intermittent or continuous theta burst stimulation over two weeks, then are followed for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which type better reduces depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts.
