Summary
This study is testing if a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment called TMS can help lower high blood pressure in young women who also have PTSD. Researchers want to see if treating PTSD symptoms with TMS also improves heart health over time. The study involves 30 women who will receive TMS and have their blood pressure and PTSD symptoms monitored.
