Summary
This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called TMS for adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who did not improve with standard exposure therapy. 250 participants will receive either real or sham TMS combined with therapy for 5-7 weeks. The goal is to see if TMS can reduce OCD symptoms and improve quality of life.
