Summary
This study looks at how a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called TMS affects the brain's fear circuits. Researchers want to understand how to best use TMS to help people with PTSD strengthen their ability to unlearn fear. The study will involve 250 adults, including those with PTSD and healthy volunteers, over four days of testing.
