New study pits two needle techniques against jaw pain
NCT ID NCT06766851
Summary
This study compared two different needle-based procedures for treating jaw joint (TMJ) disorders. Researchers tested a single-needle method against a catheter-assisted method in 30 adults with jaw pain and limited mouth opening. The goal was to see which technique better reduced pain and improved jaw movement over one month of follow-up.
