NCT ID NCT07298512
Summary
This study used MRI scans to look at damage (perforations) in the disc of the jaw joint (TMJ) in 282 patients. Researchers wanted to see how this damage connects to other joint problems, bone changes, fluid in the joint, and factors like age and pain levels. The goal is to better understand what causes this condition to help improve future diagnosis and treatment plans.
