Meditation may ease migraines: new study tests TM technique

Summary
This study looks at whether the Transcendental Meditation technique can lower how often migraines happen and how much they affect daily life. Thirty adults with migraines will learn TM and practice it twice a day for 20 minutes. Researchers will track migraine days and quality of life over time.
