New hope for tough lymphomas: experimental drug TLN-121 enters human testing

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called TLN-121, alone or with other treatments, in about 180 people whose Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma has returned or not responded to prior therapies. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it, while also looking for signs that it shrinks tumors. Participants must have certain types of lymphoma that have not improved after at least two prior treatments.
