New hope for tough lymphomas: experimental drug TLN-121 enters human testing

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called TLN-121, alone or with other medicines, in about 180 people whose Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it, while also looking for signs that it shrinks tumors. Participants must have certain types of lymphoma and have tried at least two prior therapies.
