Summary

This study tests an experimental pain-relief injection called TLC590 in 300 adults having bunionectomy (foot bone surgery). The goal is to see if it reduces pain for 3 days after surgery and helps people avoid stronger opioid painkillers. Participants are randomly assigned to get TLC590, a standard painkiller, or a placebo (salt water) injected into the surgical site.
