Summary
This study tested a new drug called TK216 combined with another chemotherapy drug (vincristine) in 15 people whose Ewing's sarcoma had come back or stopped responding to treatment. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. While the treatment aims to control the disease, it is not expected to be a cure, and ongoing management would still be needed.
