New study aims to find best anesthesia to prevent Post-Surgery nausea in women

Summary
This study will compare two types of general anesthesia—total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) and inhaled anesthesia—to see which one better prevents nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic obstetric surgery. About 98 women aged 18 to 50 having elective laparoscopic procedures will be randomly assigned to one of the two anesthesia methods. The main goal is to reduce common and distressing side effects after surgery, improving patient comfort and recovery.
