First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with liver cancer that is too large or numerous for standard transplant criteria but can still be surgically removed. Participants will receive a liver-directed treatment (TACE) plus an immunotherapy drug (QL1706) before surgery, then continue the immunotherapy after surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors enough to improve surgery outcomes and reduce the chance of cancer coming back.
