First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at how two warm-up techniques—tissue flossing and foam rolling—affect muscle flexibility and jumping ability in 30 young male handball players. Each player tried both methods and a control session on separate days. Researchers measured range of motion, muscle stiffness, and jump performance before and after each warm-up. The goal was to see which technique better prepares athletes for performance.
