NCT ID NCT07306416
Summary
This study tested two popular warm-up techniques—tissue flossing and foam rolling—to see which better prepares young athletes for performance. Researchers measured muscle flexibility, stiffness, and jump height in 30 healthy male handball players after using each method. The goal was to provide practical guidance on which technique might offer better short-term benefits for athletic preparation.
