Summary
This study aimed to collect tumor tissue within hours after death from people with advanced lung, bladder, ovarian, or other cancers, as well as those who had received adoptive cell therapy. Participants received inpatient hospice care at the NIH Clinical Center and agreed to an autopsy for research. The goal was to study how tumors change and spread, without offering any direct treatment benefit.
