Summary

This study is testing a drug called tislelizumab for elderly patients (70+) with advanced esophageal cancer who are too frail for standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to see how many patients are still alive 6 months after starting treatment. Researchers will also monitor safety, quality of life, and how well the cancer responds to the immunotherapy.
