NCT ID NCT06820281

Summary

This study is testing if a weekly injection called tirzepatide can help the body use insulin better and control blood sugar in people with type 1 diabetes. It will involve 44 adults who will receive either the real injection or a placebo for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in insulin sensitivity, hormone levels, and blood sugar control to see if the treatment offers benefits beyond weight loss.
