Summary

This study is testing whether a medication called tirzepatide, currently used for diabetes and weight loss, can help people with moderate-to-severe cannabis addiction. About 100 participants will receive either the real drug or a placebo (inactive shot) weekly for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure if the drug helps people use cannabis less often, reduces cravings, and improves their quality of life.
