Summary
This study is testing whether the medication tirzepatide is safe and effective for weight loss in people with advanced chronic kidney failure who also have obesity or diabetes. It will involve 15 patients who are not yet on dialysis. Researchers will track changes in weight, kidney function, and blood sugar over three months to see if the drug helps.
