Summary

This study tests whether tirzepatide, a drug used for diabetes, can lower high brain pressure in people with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH). Sixty adults with IIH will receive either tirzepatide or a placebo for 12 months. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces pressure measured by a spinal tap, and also to check for improvements in vision and headaches.
