This trial tests whether combining an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab) with standard chemotherapy and heated chemotherapy delivered directly into the abdomen can shrink tumors and improve survival in people with stomach cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. The study enrolls 30 adults aged 18 to 75 with confirmed peritoneal metastases.
