Summary
This study tests a drug called tirabrutinib in people with primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL), a rare cancer of the brain or spinal cord. The trial has two parts: one for patients whose cancer has returned or not responded to prior treatment, and another for newly diagnosed patients receiving the drug alongside standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and how safe it is.
