Summary
This study follows 2000 people who are getting a TIPS procedure—a small tube placed in the liver to relieve dangerously high blood pressure. Researchers will track survival, liver function, and complications for one year after the procedure. The goal is to learn more about outcomes, not to test a new drug or cure.
