New heart valve procedure tested for patients too sick for surgery

Summary
This study is testing the safety and feasibility of a new device called the Tioga TMVR System. It is designed to replace a leaky mitral heart valve using a catheter inserted through a vein, avoiding open-heart surgery. The study will enroll up to 30 adults with significant symptoms from their leaky valve who are not good candidates for standard surgery.
