New heart valve fix tested without cutting chest open

Summary

This study tests a new device called the Tioga TMVR System to treat a leaky heart valve (mitral regurgitation) without open-heart surgery. It will include 30 people with moderate to severe symptoms who are not good candidates for surgery. The main goals are to see if the device is safe and can be placed correctly.
