Summary

This study tests a new device called the Tioga TMVR System to treat a leaky heart valve (mitral regurgitation) without open-heart surgery. It involves 30 adults with moderate-to-severe symptoms who are not good candidates for surgery. The goal is to see if the device is safe and can be placed correctly.
