First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a blood thinner called tinzaparin to standard chemotherapy can help fight advanced ovarian cancer. Researchers will measure changes in a tumor marker (CA-125) and other blood factors in 40 women with stage III-IV disease. The goal is to see if tinzaparin has anti-cancer effects in humans, building on promising lab results.
