First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining physiotherapy, structured exercise, and psychological support can reduce the burden of chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears) in 160 adults aged 18-70. Participants must have had tinnitus for at least 6 months and be able to change their tinnitus with jaw or neck movements. The treatment lasts 8 weeks, with follow-ups up to 2 years. The goal is to improve quality of life, not to cure the condition.
