Summary
This study tests whether a program combining physiotherapy, structured exercise, and psychological support can reduce the burden of chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears). 160 adults aged 18-70 with tinnitus linked to jaw or neck issues will be randomly assigned to either the 8-week program or a control group. The main goal is to see if the therapy improves tinnitus-related handicap, with follow-ups up to 24 months.
