Summary
This study tested whether a combination of mild electrical brain stimulation and white noise could temporarily reduce tinnitus symptoms. 35 adults with chronic tinnitus received either the real treatment or a sham (fake) version. The goal was to see if this approach could lower tinnitus loudness and distress.
