First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving a gentle brain stimulation (tDCS) before, during, or after daily rehab helps people recover arm movement after a stroke. Sixty hospitalized stroke patients will receive three stimulation sessions each day for five days, but only one of those will be real stimulation. The goal is to find the best time to use tDCS to improve recovery.
