Summary

This study looked at whether walking for 30 minutes in the morning or in the evening helps pregnant women with gestational diabetes control their blood sugar better. 39 women participated, and the researchers measured their glucose levels over 24 hours, as well as sleep and mood. The goal was to find the best time of day for exercise to manage blood sugar.
