Timing of dialysis could be key for cancer patients with kidney injury

Summary
This study looks at whether starting dialysis earlier or later helps patients with tumor lysis syndrome (a complication from cancer treatment) who also have sudden kidney injury. Researchers will compare kidney function 30 days after treatment in 800 adults. The goal is to find the best timing to improve recovery.
