Summary
This study aimed to find the best time to give a drug called carbetocin to prevent severe bleeding after a normal vaginal delivery. It involved 200 first-time mothers to see if giving the drug at different times was more effective and had fewer side effects. The goal was to improve standard care to make childbirth safer for mothers.
