Could meal timing be key to stroke recovery?
NCT ID NCT06161948
Summary
This study tested whether limiting feeding to an 8-12 hour daily window improves recovery for severe stroke patients, compared to receiving nutrition continuously. It involved 420 patients with severe strokes who needed tube feeding. The main goal was to see if this timed feeding approach led to better functional outcomes 90 days after the stroke.
