Can eating on a schedule, plus support, tame metabolic syndrome?
NCT ID NCT07389603
Summary
This study is testing if a time-restricted eating plan, combined with psychological and nutritional support, can improve health in people with metabolic syndrome. It will involve 64 adults in Mexico who will follow either an 8-hour or 10-hour daily eating window for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in weight, waist size, blood pressure, and cholesterol to see if the combined support program leads to better results and adherence than just instructions alone.
