Can a 12-Month diet and exercise plan remotely transform your health?
NCT ID NCT07036562
Summary
This study is testing whether following a time-restricted eating schedule combined with high-intensity interval training for one year can reduce body fat and improve metabolic health in adults who are overweight or have obesity. One hundred participants will either follow the remote diet and exercise program or be in a comparison group, with their body composition, fitness, and blood markers checked over 12 months. The goal is to see if this combined lifestyle approach leads to lasting improvements in weight and health risks.
