Summary
This study is testing if a daily eating schedule can help people manage type 2 diabetes. About 100 participants with type 2 diabetes will try eating all their food within a 10-hour window each day for one year. Researchers will check if this approach improves blood sugar control, sleep, and overall quality of life.
