Could eating earlier in the day help control diabetes?

NCT ID NCT06887543

Summary

This study investigated whether changing *when* people with type 2 diabetes eat their meals could help control their blood sugar. Researchers compared two eating patterns over six days each: one where most calories were eaten before 2 PM, and another where half the calories were eaten after 4 PM. The goal was to see if the earlier eating schedule led to better blood sugar levels and other health measures without requiring weight loss.
