Can a 10-Hour eating window fix metabolism after menopause?
NCT ID NCT04893226
Summary
This study is testing whether time-restricted eating—consuming all daily calories within a 10-hour window—can improve metabolic health in postmenopausal women. Researchers will enroll 164 women aged 45-65 who have prediabetes or metabolic syndrome features. Participants will either follow the eating schedule or continue their normal eating patterns for 16 weeks while tracking meal times and having their insulin sensitivity, weight, and other health markers measured.
