Summary
This study is testing whether a simple eating schedule is practical and might help women with mild memory problems. Fifteen women will try eating all their daily food within a 10-hour window for eight weeks. Researchers will check if participants can stick to the schedule and see if it affects memory, metabolism, and sleep.
