Summary
This study looked at whether adding time pressure to step square exercises can improve decision-making and quality of life in people who have had a stroke. 38 stroke survivors aged 50-65 with mild muscle tightness participated. The results may help design better rehab programs to help stroke patients regain mental sharpness and daily function.
