Summary

This study looks at how much you sweat and how much salt is in your sweat when you exercise in hot, humid conditions. Researchers will have 40 healthy adults who exercise regularly do short and long workouts in a heated room. The goal is to learn more about how the body cools itself, not to test a treatment or cure.
