Fighting brain cancer with a Patient's own supercharged immune cells

NCT ID NCT04943913

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a personalized treatment for adults with brain glioma who have no other standard options. Doctors take a patient's own tumor-fighting immune cells, grow large numbers of them in a lab, and then infuse them back into the patient. The main goals are to see if this approach is safe and if it can shrink or control the brain tumors.
