Scientists test re-engineered immune cells to fight advanced cancers
NCT ID NCT07294872
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new immune cell therapy for people with advanced solid tumors who haven't responded to standard treatments. Researchers collect and modify patients' own tumor-fighting immune cells, then infuse them back after a brief chemotherapy regimen. The study will check if this approach is safe and if it helps control cancer growth in 30 participants.
