Scientists test supercharged immune cells to fight tough skin cancer

NCT ID NCT05869539

Summary

This is an early safety study for people with advanced melanoma that has stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own tumor-fighting immune cells, grow them in a lab, and then infuse them back into the patient along with a new drug (ANV419) designed to help those cells expand and work better inside the body. The main goal is to see if this combined treatment is safe and tolerable for up to 10 participants.
