NCT ID NCT05176470

First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether giving a patient's own lab-grown immune cells (TILs) along with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab is safe and feasible for people with advanced melanoma that has spread to lymph nodes. The treatment aims to shrink tumors before surgery. Only 2 participants were enrolled, so results are very preliminary.
