First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment for people with metastatic colorectal or prostate cancer. The treatment uses immune cells (TILs) taken from the patient's own tumor, grown in a lab, and then given back to the patient multiple times. The main goals are to see if it is safe and feasible, and to check for any signs of tumor shrinkage.
