Pushing the limits: can tighter control tame diabetes?
NCT ID NCT06466967
Summary
This study tested if using a newer, automated insulin pump system with stricter blood sugar targets could help adults with type 1 diabetes who have trouble managing their levels. Researchers enrolled 40 adults who were switching from insulin injections or older pump systems. The main goal was to see if the stricter targets helped people spend more time with their blood sugar in a safe, healthy range.
